Privacy Policy

Plain-language privacy notice for everyone who visits ovaverse.com, submits a form, books a call, or otherwise interacts with us. Last updated: 25 May 2026.

1. Who we are

This site (ovaverse.com) is operated by Muhammad Zohaib, an independent SEO & link building specialist trading under the brand name “OvaVerse”, based in Pakistan. For privacy-related questions you can reach me at muhammadzohaibameer710@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +92 331 6833971.

2. What personal data we collect

We only collect what's needed to respond to inquiries and deliver our service. Specifically:

  • Form submissions — name, email, website URL, niche/industry, budget range, project goal, contact type (agency, brand, etc.). Collected via the qualification form and lead-magnet form.
  • Booking data — if you book a call via Calendly, your name, email, time zone, and any answers to Calendly form questions are collected by Calendly and shared with us.
  • WhatsApp / direct messages — if you contact me via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or email, the message content and your contact details.
  • Technical data — browser type, device type, IP address (approximate location), page URLs visited, time on page. Collected via standard server logs and, if installed, Google Analytics 4 / Microsoft Clarity.
  • Marketing preferences — if you subscribe to any future newsletter, your email address.

We do not collect special-category data (health, religion, biometrics) and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. The site is intended for B2B and adult-business use.

3. Why we collect it (lawful basis)

We process your personal data under the following lawful bases:

  • Legitimate interest — to respond to project inquiries, deliver our service, and improve the site.
  • Consent — for analytics cookies (where required) and email newsletters (when opted in).
  • Contract — to perform paid SEO services once an engagement is agreed.
  • Legal obligation — tax records, dispute records, regulatory reporting where applicable.

4. Third-party processors we use

Your data may be processed by these vetted services to operate the site:

  • Formspree (form-to-email) — receives form submissions and emails them to me. Formspree privacy.
  • Calendly (call booking) — collects booking details. Calendly privacy.
  • Hostinger (web hosting) — serves the site and stores server logs.
  • Google Fonts — serves typography. Google privacy.
  • Google Analytics 4 / Microsoft Clarity (if installed) — anonymised analytics and heatmaps.
  • WhatsApp / Meta — if you message us via WhatsApp, Meta processes the message.
  • LinkedIn / Upwork — if you contact us through these platforms, their own privacy policies apply.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We share only the minimum required with these processors to operate the site.

5. Cookies & tracking

This site uses a small number of cookies:

  • Essential cookies — for session, security, and basic navigation. Always on.
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 / Microsoft Clarity (where installed). Used to understand traffic and improve UX. Anonymised IPs.
  • Calendly cookies — set when you interact with the calendar widget for booking.
  • Formspree cookies — minimal, for spam protection.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Most of the site will still work without them.

6. How long we keep data

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected:

  • Project inquiries that don't convert — 24 months, then deleted.
  • Active client records — duration of engagement + 7 years (for tax / dispute records).
  • Server logs — up to 90 days.
  • Analytics data — default GA4 retention (typically 14 months).
  • Email newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction — ask us to fix incorrect or incomplete data.
  • Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Restriction — ask us to stop using your data while a complaint is investigated.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent — for marketing or analytics, at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email muhammadzohaibameer710@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority (e.g. the UK ICO, Pakistan PTA, EU supervisory authority).

8. International transfers

Because Hostinger, Formspree, Calendly, and other processors operate in the EU, US, and elsewhere, your data may be transferred internationally. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption, vetted third-party processors, limited access (only the site operator has access to form submissions), and no storage of payment card data on this site (payments are processed via separate invoicing platforms).

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance.
