For businesses with real knowledge and no time to write it down

SEO content writing services for pages people actually read.

The internet does not need another article saying "quality matters". It needs pages that answer the question better than anything else on Google. That starts with research and your own knowledge, not a word count. I turn what you know into pages that rank and bring in buyers.

Writing starts with research.

In one paragraph

What is SEO content writing?

SEO content writing is writing web pages built to rank for specific searches and to be genuinely useful to the people searching. It starts with research into what people type and what already ranks. It uses keywords naturally, not as a formula. The best SEO copywriting reads like a knowledgeable person explaining something clearly, because that is what both readers and Google are looking for.

See the difference

Filler says nothing. Good content is specific.

Generic filler

"Choosing the right roofing contractor is essential for homeowners. A quality roof protects your investment and provides peace of mind for years to come."

True, and useless. Any roofer anywhere could say this.

Written with your knowledge

"In Phoenix, tile lasts decades, but the underlayment beneath it often fails after 20 years in the heat. If a roofer only offers to replace broken tiles, ask them to check what is underneath."

Specific and useful, and it shows real experience. It came from a conversation with the owner.

Example writing, for illustration.

What to write first

Not all content earns the same.

Most businesses start with a blog. They would usually do better starting with service and cost pages.

TypeExample searchReader isWhy it matters
Service pages"emergency plumber phoenix"Ready to buyHighest value, usually do first
Comparison pages"shopify vs bigcommerce"DecidingClose to a sale
How-to guides"how to fix a leaking tap"LearningBuilds trust and earns links
Cost pages"how much does a new roof cost"BudgetingOften overlooked, and very useful
Location pages"roof repair in Tempe"LocalOnly with real local details

What you get with each piece.

Keyword and topic plan

What to write first, based on what your buyers search and what you can realistically win.

A brief for every piece

Search intent, questions to answer, what the top pages cover and what they miss.

Your knowledge, captured

A short call or a voice note from you. It adds the real details that no competitor or AI tool can copy.

Human writing and editing

Plain language and real examples, fact-checked. AI assists with research, but people make the calls.

Optimized and published

Titles, headings, internal links and schema, added directly to your site if you like.

Updates over time

Pages that slip get refreshed. Often an update earns more than a new article would.

How a piece gets written

Most of the work happens before the first sentence.

I look at what ranks for your search and read those pages properly. I note what they all say, because you will need that too, and what none of them say, because that is your opening.

Then I talk to you. Fifteen minutes on a call often gives me more than a week of research: the mistake your customers always make, the question they always ask, the thing the big sites get wrong.

The draft comes next, then editing, fact-checking and your approval. Only after that do titles, links and schema go on, and the page goes live.

The honest answer on AI

AI writes fast. Fast is not the problem you have.

Google has said that how content is made matters less than whether it helps people. But it also targets scaled content made mainly to rank, whatever the method. I have watched sites lose much of their traffic from low-value pages produced in bulk.

What I use AI for: research summaries, outlines, spotting gaps and checking drafts. What I do not use it for: your facts, your experience, your claims, or final copy with no human editing.

If an agency offers you 50 articles a month for a low price, ask who checks the facts. Then ask what happens to your whole site if Google decides those articles are thin.

How it works

From a search to a live page.

  1. Plan

Agree what to write, in order of likely business value.

  2. Brief

Research the search, the winners and the gaps.

  3. Interview

A short call or voice note to capture what you know.

  4. Write and edit

A human draft, checked and fact-checked.

  5. Approve and publish

You sign off, and then it goes live with links and schema.

  6. Review

Check its performance and update it as needed.

The effect

What content does, and how long it takes.

First weeks

Pages get indexed. They may appear for very specific searches right away.

Months 2 to 4

Rankings climb for long-tail searches, and internal links start sending readers to your main pages.

Months 4 to 9

Stronger positions, more leads, and links from people who find the page useful.

Long term

A good page can bring in visitors for years, unlike an ad, though it needs an occasional refresh.

Why, and why not

Who needs SEO content, and who does not.

You need this if

  • Your service or product pages are thin, or missing.
  • Customers keep asking the same questions.
  • Competitors rank with guides you could write better.
  • You have knowledge, but no time to write.

You do not need this if

  • Your site has technical problems that stop pages from being indexed.
  • You want results in weeks. Content takes months.
  • You cannot give even 15 minutes of input per piece. It will end up generic.
  • You already have lots of pages that do not rank. Improve those first, since more will not fix it.
What I see go wrong

Content mistakes that waste your budget.

Writing for word count

A 3,000-word article that could have been 800 words simply loses readers.

Blogging before service pages

Build the pages that sell first. Then write the ones that attract.

Never updating anything

Old pages slip. A refresh is often the cheapest win in content.

Publishing and walking away

New pages need links from your other pages, or Google may not value them.

Questions people ask

SEO content FAQ.

What are SEO content writing services?
They produce articles, service pages and product content built to rank for specific searches and to convince readers. The difference from ordinary copywriting is the research: what people search, what ranks, and what is missing.
Do you use AI to write content?
I use AI for research and first outlines, and to check my work. A person plans, edits and adds real experience to every piece. Google's concern is quality, not the tool, but mass-produced AI text with nothing new in it is a real risk.
How long should an SEO article be?
As long as it needs to answer the search, and no longer. Word count is not a ranking factor. I check what ranks for that exact search and set the length from there.
How much do SEO content writing services cost?
Freelancers often charge $150 to $600 an article, and agency retainers often run $2,000 to $6,000 or more a month. My Premium Growth plan includes 2 buyer-focused articles or pages a month. Larger content programs are quoted after an audit.
How long until content ranks?
Often 3 to 6 months on an established site, and longer on a new one or for competitive topics. Some articles need links or updates before they move.
Who owns the content?
You do, from the moment it is delivered. It lives on your website, in your name.
