For agencies with local business clients

White label local SEO, done behind your brand.

Local clients need the same things every month: profile updates, posts, citations, review replies and rank reports. It is real work, it is hard to scale, and it eats the time your team could spend selling. I can take it over, one client at a time, and you stay the face of it.

  • What: Google profiles, citations, reviews, local pages and geo-grid reports.
  • Your brand: reports go out under your name, and I never contact your client.
  • Ownership: the client keeps its profile. I work as a manager only.
  • Pricing: quoted per location.

What is white label local SEO?

White label local SEO means a specialist does your clients' local search work while your agency sells and delivers it under its own brand. That covers Google Business Profile management, citations, reviews, local pages and map rank tracking. The end client, such as a contractor or a clinic, sees only your agency, which keeps the relationship and the billing.

Reports clients understand

A report that shows the map, not just a number.

Clients rarely get excited about a keyword table. They do understand a map that turns green around their shop. This is the kind of view you can show them, with your logo on it.

Why local work is hard to scale

Twenty small jobs for every client, every month.

Each task is small: a post here, a photo there, a review reply, a fixed listing. But multiply them by ten clients, and someone at your agency is spending much of the week on them.

It is also easy to get wrong. A careless edit to a client's business name or address can trigger a verification or a suspension, and that becomes your problem on a Friday afternoon.

That is the case for handing it to someone who does this all the time, while you do the selling and the strategy your clients actually pay you for.

Many clients, many maps, one clean process.
How it works

Five steps per location.

  1. Access

The client or your agency adds me as a profile manager. Nobody gives up ownership.

  2. Baseline

A geo-grid scan and an audit of the profile, reviews and listings.

  3. Fix

Categories, services, citations and anything that is holding the profile back.

  4. Run monthly

Posts, photos, review replies and new local pages, on a schedule.

  5. Report

A monthly report and map, under your brand, ready to send.

The effect

What you and your clients should see.

Month 1

Fixed profiles and cleaner listings. Your team gets its hours back.

Months 2 to 3

Map rankings begin to rise near each client's location, and more profile actions follow.

Months 4 to 6

The green area grows. Clients see more calls, which makes retainers easier to keep.

Honest note

Results vary a lot by category and city. Set expectations with your client from the start.

Why, and why not

Which agencies need this, and which do not.

You need this if

  • You have local clients and profile work keeps slipping.
  • Your team is stronger at ads, web or sales than at local SEO.
  • You want geo-grid reporting without building it yourself.
  • You keep losing hours to small monthly tasks.

You do not need this if

  • You have one or two local clients. It may be simplest to keep them in-house.
  • You manage hundreds of locations for one brand. You need a larger team and listing software.
  • Your clients will not give access to their profiles. Nothing can happen without it.
  • You want guaranteed Map Pack positions. No one can honestly sell that.
What I see go wrong

White label local mistakes that land on your desk.

Taking ownership of client profiles

Clients should own their listing. Disputes over ownership damage trust and are slow to fix.

Using one template for every client

A roofer and a dentist need different services, photos and posts.

Fake addresses for service areas

This is a common way to get a profile suspended. Service-area businesses can hide their address legitimately.

Reporting from the office address

A client who sees "#1" and gets no calls will soon stop believing you. Use a grid.

White label local SEO pricing

Quoted per location, so your margin is clear.

Send me one client's name and city, and I will come back with a number.

What sets the price

  • How competitive the client's category and city are.
  • How much setup and cleanup the profile needs.
  • How many local pages a month you want.
  • How many locations you bring, since more locations can lower the per-location work.

Questions agencies ask

White label local SEO FAQ.

What are white label local SEO services?
They are Google Business Profile management, citations, reviews, local pages and map rank tracking, done behind the scenes for an agency that sells them under its own brand.
Can you manage my clients' Google Business Profiles?
Yes, with manager access that the client or your agency grants. Ownership stays with the client. I never ask to become the primary owner of a client's profile.
Which industries do you work with?
Most local businesses, including home services, law firms, clinics and contractors. Some categories have stricter Google rules, such as lawyers and locksmiths, so tell me before you sell it.
Do you provide geo-grid reports under my brand?
Yes. Clients can see their rank across a grid of real locations, in a report under your name.
How many locations can you handle?
Single locations and small multi-location businesses suit me best. If you have a client with hundreds of locations, you will want a larger team with special tools, and I will tell you so.
How much do white label local SEO services cost?
I quote per location, based on the market and the work needed. Send me a client and I will give you a number you can build a margin on.
